Welcome to CrossFit Warrenton

CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

    Some of you will probably wonder why we have installed TVs in the gym. Please watch this video to understand how how WODIFY will be used to help track your performance, keep daily nutrition logs, PR's, WOD tracker,  build community, etc. This will be up and running very soon, just have a few more things to take care of.

  • Tuesday - October 28, 2014

    There will be no 10:15am class this Friday, October 31st, so please make note of this and come to one of the other classes if possible.  Friday will also be Halloween Dress Up Day.  Come dressed in your Halloween outfit to WOD it up!  YOGA is canceled for this evening (Tuesday, October 28th) as Meghan has a prior obligation.
