Today is the day we will be starting the Olympic Weightlifting Classes.  The schedule for this month will be updated in WODify and on the schedule page on website. Please sign up under the "Weightlifting" tab if you are coming so we can prepare based on the number of attendees.  Weightlifting class is tonight at 6pm in the 3rd bay, and our regular CrossFit Class will be held in the other 2 bays, so Open Gym is off limits during this time. If you wish to do open gym, please wait until 7pm. The OLYMPIC LIFTING schedule is below:
