Welcome back Steve! Yesterday wasn't as bad as some people thought it was going to be and for others it was tougher than they expected.  Lets see if you guys can beat your PR in Cindy today.  If you're hands are torn up  still from last week, stick to strict pullups (not kipping) or pullins.
