Remember anyone interested in the GoRuck training tomorrow, meet at the WARF parking lot near the playground. Have your ruck, ladies need at least 1 wrapped brick, guys need at least 2 wrapped bricks. Even if it is warm I recommend some gloves that are abrasian resistant because your hands will be on the ground (grass, concrete, stones, etc...) Also, bring water. We begin at 2pm so get there early enough to stretch and everything before hand.
