Reminder guys that Saturday is the Barbells for Boobs fundraiser. You can donate through their link on the right side of our page, or at the event itself. Any and all money donated in person the day of the fundraiser is going directly to the organization.  The workout times are 3:15pm and 4:15pm.   Again, since there is no Skill/Strength you need only arrive 15 minutes prior to the Workout time.  There is a surprise just after the Grace WOD, so be sure you stay for it.

Wendler: Back Squat
recovery:1' Elbow Plank
5 LSit Chinups
Ring Pushups
Double Unders
Alternating Reverse Lunges
Ab Mat Situps
Again Fight Gone Bad Style.  That means you do each movement for 1' counting reps/calories.  Your score is the sum of all the rounds together.
