Use this weekend to find recipes for the week and get your food/ingredients together so your not likely to fail halfway through the week due to, "I don't know what to make!" There are several good paleo recipes sites , , and many many more.  Just google paleo meals and a whole boat load of them will show up.  Obviously not ALL are perfect, but for the most part, they are better than meals I'd be able to throw together!  This challenge will be going on until March 3rd!  So give yourself 2 months dedicated to this healthy way of eating.  If you're wanting to participate with the rest of the  athletes, come in and get your measurements either today or Monday, before or after class (not during).  Let's do this!

Work on Pistols
15 Knees to Elbows
5 HandStand Pushups
15 Pullups
5 Clean and Jerks
