This week has been brutal so we are ending the week with a short but sweet named WOD: "Grace".  Nice work to everyone this past week!  Keep up the good work everyone.  As far as the Amissville classes go next week with Justin starting the academy on Monday, we are going to be cancelling the 4:30pm classes in Amissville until the academy is over.  Sorry for any inconvenience, but it's only temporary. Parker will be training the classes on Tuesday/Thursday/Fridays at 6:45pm and 7:45pm WOD START times (arriving no earlier than 6:15pm and 7:15pm).  Justin is hoping to be home by 6:15pm on Mondays/Wednesdays so he can take the classes on those days.  Please check the website before heading out on Monday/Wednesday, because if something happens where he can't make it back in time, we will post it here.  All updates will be on the website.  Again, thanks for your understanding in this crazy time.  So to sum it up, starting next week:

AMISSVILLE CLASSES: Monday-Friday 6:45 and 7:45 WOD start times (get here at 6:15 and 7:15)

WARRENTON CLASSES: I am waiting to add on a 7:30pm WOD until I see how things with Justin's schedule goes.  We have added on 4:30pm classes every day of the week now.
