Let's finish this week off right.  Remember the Saturday Warrenton class schedule changed to an 8:15 am class,so be there at 8 to stretch.  GoRuckers we are meeting at 9am at the Warrenton gym, and we shall be out for about an hour and a half this time.  We are going to be moving much more rapidly, and anytime we stall in an area too long we will be adding casualties.  The pace will not change just because we have more casualties, don't think we get to slow it down.  In conclusion bring your "A" Game and be sure you are prehydrated.
