We did Murph yesterday to celebrate Irish Style! Be sure to wear some sort of gloves for todays workout to protect your hands: any kind. They are not for the pullup bar!

recovery of 10e KB Windmills
WOD "Brenton"
100ft bearcrawl
100ft standing broad jumps
x5 rounds
Do 3 burpees after every 5 broad jumps
