Go over the bear complex
WOD "Bear Complex"
7 Sets up the Sequence:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
5 rounds. Rest in between each round.  You cannot re-grip (even on the ground) and you must keep moving throughout the 7 bear-complexes.
