The Mothers Day 5k that Quentin was hosting on Mothers Day has been canceled.  I would like to make a shout out to Johnny Boy and Tracey who did their first workout with UNASSISTED pullups! Nice work you guys!! Sorry to the Amissville groups last night for the last minute cancellation.

Anyone interested in carpooling to the Civilian Military Combine on Saturday, we will be meeting at the commuter lot on the corner of 211/229 at 8:30am.  IF you have any questions, email me at crystal@crossfitwarrenton.com

Give it your all guys.  It's a very quick (and should be extremely tough) workout!  Remember, how much you want the workout to suck is up to you.
