HOLY MOLY did yesterdays WOD work the shoulders or what?!!?! Well, come prepared today for Open WOD #5, it's going to be a tough one, that's for sure! There will be no "Skill/Strength" today, so the WOD will start at the normal skill/strength start time. For those of you competing, you will have someone assigned to count reps/referee your workout individually. Depending on who comes to which class, will determine who will go first and who will go second (for those of you competing in the Games).
