Well yesterdays WOD didn't look as bad as it really WAS. Oh it was all lifting, but it seemed to be more of a cardio workout than anything else! Today we will be doing the last Open WOD (#6). DC is the only one who has completed this workout already and he was able to get up to 15 Thrusters. With this only being a 7' WOD, it's basically an all out sprint, so give it your all for those 7'. You shouldn't have anything left after your time is up.
