Friday 8-26-2011 (Burpee Challenge #18)
From the sounds of it, everyone at the Amissville classes last evening "LOVED" Chelsea! We had to do a different workout in Warrenton yesterday morning because we do not have the pullups system UP yet. Everything is ready to go, just the installation which shouldn't take long at all. The only thing we have to do now is put up targets for the WallBalls, finishing cutting/laying the flooring, and put up baseboard, and we will be 100%.
There will be no classes Friday through Sunday this week as many of you already know. But we will be posting "at home" workouts each day. Please respond to comments (at the bottom of this post) to record your results. ALSO, DO NOT GET BEHIND ON YOUR BURPEES!!
WOD--10 Walkouts w/a pushup when you're in full extension (keep legs straight and walk your hands back to your feet, walk back up and pushups--20e Forward into Reverse Lunge (complete all lunges on the same leg before switching to the next) Tap the knee to the ground.--30 Situpsx4 rounds for time
