Paleo Challenge started yesterday.  We changed our minds about making participants pay a fee, this way there is no excuse for everyone to get in on the challenge.  It is running for 8 weeks.  So for 8 weeks your best key to success is to follow the Paleo Challenge page (which is to be completed sometime Friday).  In the meantime, look at our Paleo page on what you "should" be eating.  We will take pictures, body fat measurements, and your weight whenever you want us to, just it has to be before the workout.  That is all that must be done for you to participate.  The rewards you shall get from participating are "us" riding/hounding you everyday on how you're doing, and there might be some prizes we throw in for top finishers.  All shall be revealed when the page is done.
