OK last little bit of housework regarding the new location.  For the early morning classes only the gravel lot directly across the street is fair game for parking.  The business that uses it doesn't open until 8 so feel free to park there, rather than having to park on the street or in the municipal parking lot.  Make sure you bring your own water!!!  The water fountains are on the other side, which means they are still under construction.  The mats are set up so that bar work is done in rows.  If you look at the matting there is technically 5 rows.  2rows of textured matt and 3 rows of smooth mats.  When doing bar work you are to stand on the textured rows and the bumpers rest on the smooth mats.  This will allow adequate spacing in front and back of you and on the sides for there to be plenty of room in the facility.  Lastly, just because we are in a new place doesn't mean you ditch the weight.  You still control the weight as it returns to the ground (Finish the lift).  People do live in the area and if you are constantly just dumping the weight, I have a feeling they can hear it.
