Sooo this week has been a doozie!  Good job for all of you who came on a consistent basis! Hopefully with school back in sessions you guys will get back into a groove that will allow you all to come more! Don't forget about the additional 10:15am class on Tuesday/Thursday and Fridays!  Wish Amy, Jordan, Justin and I good luck in our 1/2 marathon on Sunday.  It will be a good test as to whether or not Crossfit really does train you for anything, because the most milage I have run, in well over a year, is a mile straight.  Lets hope we all represent well! haha

Reminders: NO YOGA Class this sunday, but instead, YOGA will be this Saturday at 930am! Hope you all can make it! There will be an 11:00am class on Labor Day Monday ONLY.  Please make note of this!  Thanks y'all!

 Due to football season, and Meghan traveling to UVA games, we are trying to figure out another good time to hold class in place of the Sunday yoga class.  So starting in September there will be no Sunday yoga class at this time, but will work on adding an additional day/time.  Yoga on Tuesdays at 7pm is still good guys, so lets please get that attendance up!
