Well another week is about to end, and what an interesting one it was.  Snow, ice, sleet, and rain all in 1 day.  More snow is in the forecast for this Saturday, you all know what that means.  SNOWBOARD SEASON IS HERE!!!


Skill/Strength

3-3-3-3-3 Hang Squat Clean (if bar touches the ground before the 3rd rep is completed, it is considered a failed attempt)

recovery: 30s Parallette hold

WOD

5/4/3/2/1 Muscle Ups (2x Progressions)

5/10/15/20/25 Swings (53/35)

Walking Lunge Lap w/ Sandbag held in Zercher Position (front rack, not on shoulder/back)

for time (25' CAP)
