Front Squats (95/65 lbs MAX)
In this WOD you complete 5 reps of each, then 10 reps of each, then 15 reps of each and so on for 15 minutes.  Your score is your last round completed and the total numbers of reps in your last round.  HAVE FUN

My website has a lot of completely unique content I've either written myself or outsourced but
it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over
the internet without my agreement. Do you know any solutions
to help reduce content from being ripped off?
