It's so nice having the CrossFit Games to watch.  Live coverage on ESPN starts this Friday, so be sure you set your TIVO or you sit down and watch.  Rich Froning is of course in the lead (JASMINE!!!).  Can anyone take him down?

Landmine: 5e 180s and 5e Squat w/ uni arm press

recovery: dot drill (footwork)

Trainers choice on how to break it up and what drills, focus on controlled arm movements and actually hitting the dots

WOD

4' AMRAP of:

Burpees

4' AMRAP of :

10e scissor jumps (switching in air)

10 Plyo Pushups

~2' rest~

4' AMRAP of:

10 GHD Situps

10 Swings
