5 Pistol Squats R Leg

7 Overhead Squats R Arm

9 Uni R Leg Deadlifts

3 Turkish Getups L Arm

5 Pistol Squats L Leg

7 Overhead Squats L Arm

9 Uni L Leg Deadlifts

3 rounds for time (Use same KB/DB for all movements, if you have a shoulder issue do racked KB squats)
