The day before our official GRAND OPENING.  We have some fun WODs planned, that should be a completely new challenge for you all to enjoy.  The workouts will be posted Friday night, so don't even ask, only Justin knows what they are at this moment in time.  With that having been said, the festivities begin at 2pm (arrive a little early for warmup), and they shall conclude sometime after 5pm.  Should be a fun time had by all.  



Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1

recovery: 15 Back Ext or 15 GHD Situps (after each Clean and Jerk attempt)

WOD (You have 25' for all this)

1e Turkish Getups

3e uni Leg Opp Hand KB Deadlift

5 Goblet Squats w/ KB

7 Swings

7 rounds for time (use same KB for all moves)

~rest 3'~

use the remaining time to complete the ladder of:

5, 10, 15,... Ring Pushups

10, 20, 30,... Double Unders
