HandStand Pushups (x2 on a box with legs straight or bent)(x3 HR Pushups)
**To Rx this you must have your hands on Plates (gentleman 45lb plates and ladies 10lb plates) and your head must touch the Abmat (that will be placed between the weights) every single rep and your heels in contact with the wall WHEN your arms are completely locked out to finish the movement.
