The BASICS classes are available to anyone. We shall be covering the movements found in CrossFit, so that you can have an extended amount of coaching on how to perform them properly. So, if you are new, or just want to work on some movements show up. The movements that shall be instructed are up to the class (majority rules). If the class is unsure of what movement/s to work on then it defaults to the coach and they pick. The only catches are once a movement/s is selected there is no going back or deviating, and everyone participates. Nothing else shall be going on in the gym while the GROUP is working on the movements together.
