We are adding a fundamentals class Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm. We encourage all new athletes and veteran athletes who need help with the movements being covered. The movements being covered are the foundation for the program, and being able to perform them correctly is imperative to your success during WODs. Movements being covered will be posted the day of the class. So try to attend when possible. Also, after the instruction we shall performing a mini WOD that involves the movements.
Fundamentals Class: THE SQUATS (Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat)
Lastly, the 31 Heros WOD for US is fast approaching. If you checked the link we have ours scheduled for August 17th, so it's not too late to sign up. We have done the WOD every year since its inception in 2011.

continue repeating until start of WOD (ALSO, PUT BACK KBs in the CORRECT SPOT)
Shoulder to Overhead
21/15/9 reps of each for time
(The limiting factor for this WOD is going to be the shoulder to overheads, so don't pick to heavy of a weight. Remember it's Monday, the week is young, don't put it all in the first workout of the week. Just a suggestion.)
