Monday 1-2-2012

Happy New Year everyone!  We rang ours in with our car battery dying at the WARF while the boys were playing on the jungle gym and Justin running, and had to call a friend to jump us.  Is that a sign that this is going to be a bad year??  I sure hope not!  I will be in Warrenton tomorrow afternoon for the 5pm and 6pm class and Tuesday AM to measure those who want to participate in the Paleo Challenge.  Pictures, body fat, and and weight. Justin will be doing the same at Amissville sometime this week as well.  Heads up that there will be no class on Saturday, January 21st and January 22nd as all of the trainers will be participating in the CrossFit SuperFit Challenge in Charlottesville, VA that weekend.
