Monday 11-14-2011 (BC 98)

FINAL 3 days of the Burpee challenge.  SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO looking forward to it.  I don't think my arms and legs can do another burpee.  Superfit Games are in January and some of you have already signed up for it, nice work.  Be sure you really focus on your weaknesses on goal days, because it/they will become evident at the competition.

10 Overhead Squat (95/65)
20 Pullups
30 Double Unders
5 rounds for time (25' CAP)
