Monday 11-28-2011

Little reminder for those who attend the Warrenton AM classes.  The Monday/Wednesday 5:30am classes no longer include skill/strength.  This means you arrive at 5:15am for warmup, then the WOD begins at 5:30am.  This is the same setup as the weekend schedule.  This little change is only necessary on Mondays and Wednesday due to work schedules.  Thanks for understanding.
