Monday 11-7-2011 (BC 91)

Just wanted to say thanks again to all those who helped at the Primal Mud Run this past weekend.  It was definitely a cold one, and you guys were awesome to endure it.  The SuperFit Games are fast approaching, and last year we had 4 athletes participate.  This year I want more, They have a scaled competition, so noonewho has been crossfitting for at least 3 months really has an excuse.  Click the picture below for more info, or simply ask one of the trainers for details.
