Thrusters on the minute
(You pick the weight, starting when the clock says 1:00 you do the number of thrusters that the minute hand is showing.  Once you can not complete the number of thrusters for the minute you are on, your workout it OVER.  Your overall score is the sum of the number of thrusters completed multiplied by the weight you used.  So, don't pick a weight that's too light , or you will have to do a ton of reps to get a good score, and don't go to heavy or you will not get enough reps.)
