What a weekend.  Warrenton Parade, Fire Expo in Chantilly, finally colder weather... what's next.  Oh I know, the Go Ruck challenge.  Most people train months for this, I will be putting CrossFit to the test, and we shall all just see if it prepares you for anything.  The amount of pain I am in afterwards will be a direct result of how well I have prepared.

Hang Squat Cleans (115/75)
Knees to Elbows
Walkouts w/ Pushups
21/15/9 for time (20' CAP)
