Happy Monday everyone!  It's about time for me to update my testimonials page. Could you all please write a small (or long) blurb about what CrossFit has done for you, why you like it, WHAT you like about this blasted torture!  If you have any constructive criticism, please add that too.  Email me at  If you wish for me to leave your name out of it, please add that in your email.  If you have already written one for me, do not feel like you HAVE to write another one, but you are certainly welcome since it's been over a year since we've updated.   For those of you who haven't written one yet, you have until Friday, or there will be penalties!

WOD "The Chief"
5 Rounds of:
3 min AMRAP
3 Power Cleans (135, 95) - IT'S ONLY 3, DO NOT DROP THE WEIGHT
6 Pushups
9 Air Squats
 *After each 3 minute AMRAP, you will rest one minute and then do another 3 minute AMRAP.  The cycle will repeat for 5 rounds.  Your goal is to get the same score on each round.  Your overall score is a total number of reps completed throughout the entire workout.
