So it was quite an adventurous weekend.  CrossFit gals got 2nd place overall at the Civilian Military Combine: way to go Carlina, Soley, Tracey and myself. Surprised the crap out of us. We were drinking beer and our name was called...we all hesitated and were again like, us??? It can't be! Haha

Then we were again surprised when my name was called for 3rd place in female division and Tracey 3rd in womens masters division. Yes, ladies!! Nice work!!!

Get your  bar set up for the workout first then...

1' Hand Plank w/1 leg in the air (alternate legs each round)
