Hope everyone had a nice time with family and friends over the weekend!  Time to get ready for the workouts this week! If anyone made any good meals/dishes that they would like to share from this Easter weekend, please post to comments.  I made an asparagus pie and sweet potato souffle, which I haven't tasted yet, but if they turn out good, I will post the recipes!

recovery of 30e uni leg bridges
20 Ring Dips
15 Squat Cleans (95/65)
20 Plyo Pushups
x4 Rounds for time
