25-20-15-10-5 Overhead Squats
30-30-30-30-30 AbMat Situps
20' Cap    You can pick your own weight, but if you need a rough area to shoot for (75/45).  You must use the same weight for both SDHP and OS.  If you already have and "ass cherry" from the AbMat situps last week do 50e Russian twists.
