The CrossFit Regionals was this past weekend in Price George's County MD. Only the top 3 males/females (out of the 60 that competed) qualified for the games.

Also this is just a friendly reminder that the posted WOD times are when the WOD will start.  On the dot.  If you are not here and ready to go, or walk in late and still have to set up, unfortunately we will be starting without you.

Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5
(newbies learn the movements of workout)
15 Knees to Elbows
30 Jump Squats
15 Push Press (95/65)
30 Back Extensions
x4 rounds for time
