What a wonderful weekend.  Not too hot, not too rainy, but just right.  It would be nice to have a little bit more of that this week, but who knows what Mother Nature is going to throw our way.

Wendler: Shoulder Press
recovery of : 5 L-Sit CHINUPS
and 4 Handstand Pushups (parallel legs)/ work on handstands

5 Squat Cleans
1 Driveway sprint
for time (25' CAP)

***the goal is not really your time, but mainly to have each sprint be a GOOD max effort attempt.  If that means you walk back down the hill, or rest at the bottom that is fine.  Just make sure you "DO WORK" going up.  Also, be sure to pick a heavy enough weight you can do 5 perfect squat cleans every round (that are unbroken).  don't be an idot and start with a ridiculous weight, you have a total of 50 to complete by the end of the WOD (that is if you finish in time)***
