Clinical Rotations are DONE.  Here comes my life back. With that being said, outside of the expected thunderstorms we are supposed to have some nice weaher.  not too Hot, not too Cold.  So, let's treat today like a "Games" type of day. Just a couple of short and fast Met-Cons.

Next year, some of us shall be here.

WOD 1
15 SDHP (75/55)
10 Pullups
15 AbMat Situps
4 rounds for time (15' CAP)

WOD 2
30 DUs
20 MB Slams
10e DB Snatch (40/20)
AMRAP in 10' (rest 5')

WOD 3
20 Ring Dips
10e Alt. Lunges w/ plate OH (45/25)
20 Back Ext
4 rounds for time (15' CAP)

***Here's how the day work, it's an ongoing clock.  You have 15' to complete each individual WOD.  If you complete the WOD before the 15' are up, you get the remaining time to rest.  You are to still post your time (if you finnish before 15'), otherwise you record how far you got.  One way or another it's a 45' combined time workout.  This should be interesting.
