Let's see I haven't done this in a while so hopefully writing the post comes back to me.  REMEMBER that the 31 heroes workout is fast approaching, so be sure you sign up (using the tab in the upper right hand corner of our page).  Don't feel pressured that you have to complete the workout as it's written.  As always we will scale it to the top of what you can do, and it's for a good cause.


Wendler: Deadlift
recovery: 30s Side Plank, 1' Wall Sit
1 rope climb (5 rope walks)
10 Burpees (hand release)
15 SDHP (75/55)
5 rounds for time
