Well looks like sometime this week we shall be doing the late night move for those who are around.  We're going to start with just the equipment, so that the new spot is functional.  The rig and mats are going to wait until later this month.  Once we get the temporary occupancy permit, I will post the status of the move online (website and Facebook), and we shall post it on the WOD board at the gym.  As I have stated to some of you, I'm planning on having the move start at 10pm, that way we can utilize the double doors in the front and park right in front not blocking traffic or interfering with other businesses daily operations.

Reminder that this weekend at noon is the 31 Heroes fundraiser wod.  If you plan on  doing the WOD you must register via the link at the bottom of the page.  Otherwise the normal Saturday WOD is at 11:15 as normal.  

Also, we ave Fundamentals class tonite.  Check the fundamentals page to see what movements we are working on.

(In this WOD you are to complete as many reps as possible in 1' before moving onto the next exercise.  Your score is the total number of reps after completing 5 rounds of the 3 exercises.  Similar to the Thruster Burpeed workout of last week)
