For those of you who miss do to travel, or because your sitter canceled, or you just don't have time to make it to the gym; we have added a link on the website called "Travel WODs" that you can do  so you can stay on top and not start from square one when getting back into it!

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate" or "switch," you must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
