Attention: I have meet the teacher day at Pre-K for Caleb on Thursday from 9am-10am so the late morning class as been moved a bit earlier THIS WEEK ONLY. Get here at 8am on Thursday this week (workout will start promptly at 8:15am). Please contact me with any questions.
We have a lot of people who are uninterested in the Wendler Program we offer; so instead of dedicating 3 days of skill/strength/week to Wendler Movements, we will dedicated one day to do all 3 wendler movements. If we have a day of "goal work" you can do wendler movements at that time as well.
One more thing: is there an additional workout time you'd like to see on the schedule? Please let me know in the comments section if you think another day/time would be beneficial to attendance/breaking up the classes. Both Warrenton and Amissvillers. Justin will be adding on an additional class on the days that he is off of work, so pay attention to the Amissville schedule for sure guys! Also, note the 15 minute time change for Amissville.
