Hope everyone had a fun and wonderful Thanksgiving, didn't eat too much, and didn't spend too much on Friday.  If you didn't, it's all good, hopefully you had fun.

recovery: Max time unbroken parallette hold


5/10/15... Ring Dips

5/10/15... Squat Jumps

10/20/30... Double Unders (same number for singles if you can't do double unders)

Continuing up the ladder as fas as possible in 6'

(rest for 1' then you have 1' to do as many KNEES to ELBOWS as possible, not knees to armpits people, HAHA)
