The games are almost here.  With us knowing that it's time to get everyone in the correct frame of mind, so that we are relatively prepared for any WOD we may experience.

30 Double Unders (90 singles)

4 rounds for time

Open Competitors

5 Squat Clean to Overhead (M:205/185/165 W:115/95/75)

100/75/50 Double Unders

for time (the main idea is that you have to shed 20 lbs off the bar before you start each round)
