In 2 days registration for the CrossFit Open begins.  Where are you going to rank in relationship to the rest of the world this year.  We can finally do all WODs at the gym this year, so it should be a fun time.  In the meantime, let the training continue.


Deadlift 5-5-5-5 or Wendler

recovery: (15 GHD Situps OR 15 Knees to Elbows OR 30e Russian Twists) and work on Pistol Squats


5e KB/DB Clean into Squat

10 Burpees

50 Double Unders

5 rounds for time
