Monday - July 8, 2013

Tomorrow is the day that Baby Willis will arrive.  Thanks to all who have offered to lend a hand and watch the boys for us while we are in the hospital.  Be sure that all of your notebooks are updated with the correct weights as it's YOUR responsibility to know the approximate weight to use for workouts.  
 
There is an additional 7pm class tonight folks, so please take advantage of this additional class time if it works for your schedule!  There's also an additional 6pm class this upcoming Friday.  
 
Skill/Strength
Work on kipping form (for pullups, knees to elbows, toes to bar, etc)
Work on OH Squat form with PVC ONLY for newbies.... OR.... 5-5-5-5 Start light and go up if comfortable for those of you who know the proper form.
