Couple more days of awesome weather headed our way, before the rain comes in to clean ours cars and roads.  Hopefully everyone got out and had some fun this past weekend in the sun, I know we sure did.  Mobility WOD cert was a fun time and we learned some new ways to work injury prevention and improve movement.
