Don't forget to submit your nominations for "Athlete of the Month" to email@example.com ASAP if you have someone in mind who you think is deserving of this months AOM. Also, don't forget to submit your scores for 14.4 if you are an Open Athlete. We had several people forget to submit their scores last week, so if this is you, you're now DQ'd unfortunately.
Cleans 1RM (Rep Max) if (and ONLY if) your form is perfected...For everyone else, WORK ON CLEANS....

200 Double Unders
(Break the run/row/DU's up however you wish; you CAN partition this, or you can do it all at once)...DRESS accordingly, especially if you're coming in the early AM.
