200 Double Unders for time on Muscle Ups/MU Progressions
Minute 1: 1-PushPress, 1-Burpee
Minute 2: 2-PushPress, 2 Burpees
Minute 3: 3-PushPress, 3 Burpees
Continue until you cannot perform the the required reps in respective minute. Pick your own weight and choose wisely!  This workout can be easy or it can be hard; it's whatever you make of it.  Good luck!
