Alrighty then, here's what's going on for the Winter Paleo Challenge.  We are taking measurements Monday (8:30am, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm) and Tuesday (4:30am, 5:30am, 8:30am, 4pm and 5pm).  It's a 28-30 day challenge depending on when you test out.  That means it ends the week of December 16.  The measurements have to be taken prior to your working out, so make sure you are not late.  Buyin for the challenge is $5 for the pot, winner take all.  The winner will be judged by the before and after picture and their final vs. initial stats (Weight, body fat %, etc...), and their results in the Challenge WOD.  So to be successful in this you not only have to eat better, but perform better.  The initial WOD can be done either Monday or Tuesday in place of skill strength.  So keep that in mind when you get to the gym.  The winner as we said will be getting the POT and whatever else we decide to throw in it.  We are not saying what that is, because we honestly have no idea at this moment.  So if you're in, be ready for a pic, some measurements, and a sprint sod as your skill/strength.  If you're not in, it's business as usual.

(Challenge WOD: 500m row, 10 Dips, 20 Burpees, 30 Pullins, 40 Squats, 50 AbMat Situps for time)

(start light and work your way up, try to get more than your previous max, don't settle for the same)

WOD

5 Deadlift (225/155)

10e Fwd-Rev Lunges

20 Hand Release Pushups

5 rounds for time (fire breathers try a vest if you want and/or add weight)
