Now that we are finally adjusted to the new gym, let's get back into some motivation. Paleo Challenge begins next Monday. Weighins and non-public picture are obviously next Monday (Tuesday if you can't make Monday). Buyin for the challenge is $5, winner take all. We will also through some Warrenton goodies in.
Today we have the Filthy 50, which means there is no Skill/Strength. After warmup you shall begin the WOD immediately.
